FAQ

When do I pay for your services?

Details on payments is outlined in your contract with me but generally, I get paid when you do. Payment is expected 24-48 after closing. If you don’t close you do not pay. For social media planning, payment is expected after our initial consultation prior to starting your customized plan.

You are licensed. Why wouldn’t you go after my clients?

Aside from ethical reasons, I don’t have to. YOU are my client. My own real estate business is on auto-pilot and functions as a sepearate entity from what we are doing here. It’s a big table, we all get to sit here and my license ensures that I 100% know what I am doing.

Are you on my payroll then?

Nope, I am not your employee, no need for payroll or tax forms. I am an independant contractor, resposible for my own taxes and deductions. You receive an invoice per each transaction to use for your records and tax purposes.

Okay so would you manage my social media accounts as well?

I could, but I won’t. I am one person, between managing your transactions, my own pipeline, investments & 4 kids, anything else would be too much. But I can help you plan and show you how to effectively manage it yourself in just a few hours per month.
